We wake up and make a festive breakfast of blue pancakes with strawberries but unfortunately we forgot the whip cream so we just counted the milk as white. It was pretty good.
Then we headed to the Parade. Not the best but it worked. Hailey found things to keep her occupied while we waited until it started. She pushed her stroller and around and put rocks back in to the bed.
Also before the parade the firefighters were out playing. They were letting kids come out in the street and use the hose--how cool. They set something up on one of those tall cones and the kids tried to shoot it down. They also set up the Flag and supposedly if you paid some amount of money they would have let you clime to the top. We should have gone to really see if that as true. Once in a life time opportunity there!
The parade started, it was pretty good. My fellow Americana's were in there--looking really good. This i the largest shopping cart i have ever seen!
This car was Jason's favorite part. The doors, you can't really tell but they flip up with a push of a button. So cool. The guy was just driving down the road opening and closing both doors. SO COOL- every boys dream now is to own that car...
But if you look closely at the children in the pictures. Have you ever seen kids that close to the floats? crazy they were out there literally taking the candy out of their hands there. Which was sad because you know how they all do their crazy driving or stunts. Well they coulsn;t cause they didn't have room. They did them before and after us but not infront of us because of the kids...
Then later that night we went to Idaho Falls for the fire works. We droped Hailey off at Her Gradparents ( ThankYou) and then we headed off too meet up with Jason friends. It was a lot of fun. The fireworks were good as always- nice 30 minute show and a great fanially.
