Growing Up

So for a while i have tossed back and forth the idea about taking Hailey's gate off her crib. And about two weeks now, just i did it. And Hailey has loved it. She loves being able to climb in and out. The bed is too tall for her to do it by herself so i flipped over a basket and she uses that as a step stool and then just slides out when she wants too. She even know how to flip the basket and put it right back where it belongs.
She has done so good. She has banged on the door a couple of times and has played with her toys but every time she's ended back in her bed sleeping. We have truly been blessed that she has caught on so fast. It has been so fun for all of us.
In the morning or after her naps we crack the door open a little right before the time where she will wake up. So when she does she can just come out and join us. She has been so happy to just come as she pleases. And so have we.
