We had some Oreo the other night and Logan already has a sweet tooth so we thought we would share with him. And Just like Grandpa says if your full just rub it in your hair. Right at the end of this you see him start to go for his Hair. Up he sure did all over his hair and then he was done and we went straight to the bath. He sure enjoyed them.

We rented a kids movie and got some M&M's and Logan would not leave us a lone. we tried giving him other things, but he knew. So we gave him one. What a mess and he sure enjoyed it! we all did.

Utah

We went to Utah the last week in April for our Ben's baptism. It was so much fun we just went for a supper quick trip.

The girls had so much fun together making things and playing.

The boys loved playing out side with their uncle Jason. It was so fun being there. We ended up getting a babysitter for all 7 kids and then Jared, Jason, Lisa and I went out on a double date. We went bowling and then to dinner, it was so nice to hang out with them.--Thanks for so much fun!

He has discovered my plastic bags and loves loves loves taking them out, also tissues and enjoys toilet paper unrolling as well.

We have church at 1 so sometimes is is really hard to get Hailey to take and nap. But after church Jason and Hailey st down for a couple minutes. I thought they were reading books but when i came around the corner from the kitchen they were fast asleep.

We went the the Children's museum in Denver it was so much fun. On the main floor there is so much for little kids like Logan to go do and explore.

Then upstairs there were activity for older kids. Hailey and Jason had the most fun in the Bubble room. IT was pretty cool the way some bubbles worked.

Then after playing here in the morning we got lunch and then went swiming at one of our favorite places down there. at the Apex center in Arvada We love it because it has a kids area where it is level beach to 3 feet and then there are also slides and a lazy river. So much fun.

Then after the zoo we went to a great restaurant called the White fence Farm we really had so much fun going there. I guess it was a little expensive but we really could have spent all afternoon there.

A trip to Denver

So Tax season ended so we went to Denver as a little get away treat for Jason the week after. IT was a lot of fun. We left Thursday morning so we could be there when the Zoo opened. We sure picked the right day to go, the other days were more cloudy-cold-windy. I even ran into my old neighbor from when I lived in Colorado springs.

We always love seeing the polar bear and it was fun to have him that close

Logan loved being able to see everything. But Hailey had so much fun being able to walk around and go look at the animals

Hailey got some one on one time with one of the zoo keeps. The zoo keeper was about to feed the animals and she taught Hailey what they ate.

It is so little and cute and it was doing such a great job climbing on rocks for being only a month old

Hailey found a new friend. We ended up being at the same places with them a couple of times and Hailey was just like hold my hand- new friends it was really cute. I do not think the parents of the boy thought it was as cute. But she just thought he was here new friend.

Hailey has figured out how to use out cameras on our phone. So while we are driving she takes lots and lotrs of pictures of Logan

Jason's Birthday

Jason's Birthday was a lot of fun. Hi mom, sister April and her husband Tim and their boy Peter were able to be there with us to celebrate his birthday. I have not idea what i was thinking not taking any pictures- Ill have to get some from Mary Lou. She took some pictures. But it was a lot of fun. We had a shrimp dish and then we had cupcakes. Yum. I made snicker cupcakes and orange cream cup cakes. I forgot to take a picture of the orage ones. They were yummy thou.

The Big 28. So crazy that I meet when you were 23. It almost seems that we are still that young. Well here are some memories:

1: When I first saw you you were sitting in your living room at Rock land trying to study.
2: Going to the Austin building finding some rolling chairs and spinning and racing around the building
3: Going to the Pineapple grill and being silly and making up our own sign langue( that only lasted that hour)

Hailey's Party was theme as a Barn yard

It really was such a fun theme.

She is 3!

We had a fabulous birthday with Hailey. We had her party over at Grandma and Grandpa's Whiteheads. All her friends came over. We had cake and ice cream.

Then we went down stairs and they decorated some overalls and glued on a pocket and pretended to be farmers.

Put a bandanna in their little pocket that they glued on. We had a bean bag toss that they enjoyed and then we just played. We were going to pin the tail on the cow, but little Miss Hailey did not like the fact that we took the tail off so we thought we would try later, but they were just having too much fun with other things.

It turned out really well. After her friends left we opened presents.

She got some cloths a book and a little toy cat the rolls all around the floor.

It was so nice today- like 53- we went to the park and then to the children's gardens story time Hailey sure loved being out side.

I have a feeling that once summer comes we will not be indoors at all. Well maybe for nap time.

Logan really enjoyed it too. It will be so nice when summer come because he will be running around too.

But it felt so good to get out and spend some time outside!

He is not bald and there still is a lot of hair there. I used a #3 to cut it, but he has never had this short.

Logan had been crawling since the week of Christmas and is loving being able to go where he wants to go. Right now he is working on furniture surfing and trying to stand alone. I am not ready for him to walk. He loves electronics and to climb. He is so very busy and still a supper happy little boy!

Logan got stuck poor guy. He was not very happy and not very happy that i got the camera either instead of helping him. he was trying to get the graham crackers he had dropped.

I am actually more excited to be turning 25 then I was to turn 18,19, and even 21 for some reason. So I thought I would share 25 things with you.

1. I have never seen the pacific ocean
2. I want to visit Australia and Sweden
3. I love being a Mom
4. Some of my favorite music artists are Jack Jonson, Micheal Buble, Kenny G.
5. My favorite radio station is 97.7 but you can only get it in Rexburg, Idaho
6. I love to read (right now i'm reading Emma a Jane Austen book)
7. I have been wishing for a dog for over 22 years now
8. I only do French tip manicures (I can not stand have them fully painted)
9. I love 9 hours of sleep-if i could get that every night wow my days would be amazing
10. If my water glass always get refilled I will continue to drink(I might slow down after a few glasses but i will still drink), especially if it has a straw
11.Currently my favorite color is red (to wear it would be turquoise)
12. I love to exercise. This is the first time in my life that I have been a regular exerciser-just over 4 months now-pretty proud of my self
13. I would like to write a children book one day
14. I'm not one to really volunteer to do something but if I am asked I don't really know how to say no, so i'll do it.
15. I love making desserts
16. I want to improve my art skills. I really enjoy it
17. I think I would like to learn how to quilt
18. I love Orange Julice.
19. I love to make a big deal out of Birthdays like decorating the whole house (my mom would and it just made it so much more special)

Wyoming Foot ball game

After the pumpkin patch we went home ate lunch and then Grandpa, Collin, Jason, Logan and I jumped in the car and came to watch the Wyoming vs. Utah game.

It sure was fun and it was a really nice day too, which i was worried that it was going to be too cold for Logan but it was perfect

Here is uncle Collin and Logan.He came down for to visit for the weekend. He was asked to come speak to the college and was able to stay a few days. We had so much fun and it was so good to see him! Pumpkin Patch

So about two weeks ago we went one of the pumpkin patches down in Colorado. It really was a lot of fun. We went the our friends the Eyre's and Grandma.

I touched a little pig(he sure was dirty)

Hailey liked the little pony she tried to feed it and she even touched it. I sure think it makes a difference when the animals are around their size. Because before when we would go to see the horses she just liked to look.

So before we went Grandpa told Hailey to watch out for the little pumpkin monsters that will nip at your toes in the pumpkin patch. So while we went in the maze I told the kids that they needed to stay on the path or those pumpkin monsters will come and eat you. Well look what we found- we heard they were camera shy so we feel pretty lucky to get a picture of them.

We took a group picture. Logan was sleeping other wise we would have done a family photo.

We brought a cart out so we could carry our pumpkins, but pretty much all the good ones were already up front. But they sure enjoyed ridding on it!

We are so glad we went and so glad that grandma could come with us. It was a first for a lot of us to go through a corn maze and wondering through a pumpkin patch. Well worth experience. So thank you grandma and the Eyre's for coming with us it sure was fun!

Temple Trip

We went to the Temple on Stake Temple day.

We drove down with our friends so we could take turns going to the temple. It was a wonderful trip.

While we were waiting we went to the park and had a lot of fun.

Jason was just joking around but I got caught it so I thought i would share it.

Logan's Blessing

Logan's blessing was a wondering experience. He was blessed on the 25 of July in Rexburg, Idaho. Jason was the one who administered the blessing. Many of our family members were able to be there.

But to be honest this was taken way later then the actual blessing. the day of the blessing was pretty crazy. In the morning we had to take graduation pictures- hoping to have time to take the blessing pictures as well. But we forgot his outfit so we could not do it before church. Then after church I had to feed him while we scrambled to put a meal together, because someone took half of our food-bread and salad. So all we had was dessert and the lasagna. So we ended up having lasagna and trail mix and some fruit. It turned out fine. Just a little stressful. But right after dinner we cleaned up loaded up and got on the road to head here to Cheyenne.

Oh how he has grown up so much since I last posted. He is starting to grab onto more objects and enjoy them. He is supper smiley and is so close to start giggling. He is getting so tall. Last time I weighed him he was 14 pounds and 27 i think inches long. So he is just tall and skinny and adorable!

When we went to the rookies game I did Hailey's Hair in a star. My friends from Rexburg old me how to do it-the did it for the fourth, but I thought I would give it a try. Hailey was very patient with me. It turned out really cute.

Swimming

oh it has been so fun. We have a swimming pool in our complex. So we have been going swimming a lot lately. Hailey took a little while to warm up, but is doing a lot better. We even let Logan jump in for a little bit. but It is just a Tish bit too cold for him.

Walking

We finally got a double stroller. It has been so nice. At first I wanted one that seats side by side, but after trying and comparing we decided to get this one. It is perfect for us. They both do really well in it and Hailey enjoys being able to move her seat in different directions or spots. So its fun. I have been going walking every day and it has been enjoyable.

My parents only live a mile away but the hill so we headed over there on Sunday for dinner. It was a fun walk, we went through he neighborhoods and looked around on on Sundays Hailey skips her nap because we do not get out of church until 2 and that would be too late. But i guess it took long enough that she fell asleep-pretty funny.

Football

Jason and I were able to go to a football game together. It was a lot of fun. We were able to sit with a couple from our ward (Marc and Chelsea) in the student section. Our original seats are actually in this picture on the other side. They are alumni and have family still going to college, so they sit over there. But it was a lot of fun to get to know them and go to a game. The last college football game I went to was in third grade at the Air Force. So it had been a long time. Jason is thinking about going to the Boise vs. Wyoming game this Saturday. It is so nice to be close to so many different things to do.

We have been having visitors lately. It has been a ton of fun. Bullseye and Monster have been playing with us. i even have to get them snacks with Hailey. it is pretty cute. They come all over with us. on our walks and sometimes they walk us to church. It is just fun to see her mind work.

My Luck in Cheyenne

I think I have been injured more here than I think I was in Rexburg and I lived there for 5 years. And we have only been here for almost two months- Ridiculous I say ridiculous!!!

I was leaving our friends house at like 9 at night and their court yard does not have any lights. I wanted to run home- they live just up the street from us. So I started running but in order to get out of their court yard you have to go up a couple of steps,well I did not make it up those steps as smoothly as I would have liked. So I must have tripped on the top of the step. So I went flying over the side walk and into the parking lot. It hurt a lot!

You can still see each on of these. They are not gone yet but hopefully soon. At least they do not hurt anymore.

So we tried to do a home history. Before we were married I Lived in the Dorms. I lived in Barnes hall but it two different Apt.

Graduation

So I know I am behind on posting. I have been waiting to get pictures from my mom's camera.

It was a wonderful day. It started out with Jason finishing all his finals and then my parents arrived. shortly after the Marcum's came. I served them a wonderful salmon dinner and cupcakes.

So we had baked Salmon, steamed carrots and green beans, wild rice, and popcorn shrimp.

And graduation cupcakes-yellow cake, Reese cup, fudge covered cookie, star burst for the tassel.

So after dinner we headed to commencement. There was wonderful speakers.

Hailey and Logan did great! Hailey had a fever and was not feeling really well, but she was a great trooper.

Then we had a little break, until convocation. Luckily I was able to join Jason and walk in his department so we all did not have to split up.

But in his department of Accounting it took a long time so it was to dark to take picture after.

So I was unpacking things here at the apartment and i went to step over a box and then...

Heel + plug of a blow dryer= OUCH!

It went through so many layers it did not bleed very much but wow I was limping for over a day. I have been walking bare foot or with flip flops so luckily my feet were worn and hard.

Last Day in Rexburg

We woke up nice and early to go have breakfast with some good old time friends- the McBride's and the Flap Jack Shack in Rexburg. It was pretty good. wish we went there more. Then Jason and my Dad went to go get the moving truck. Jason, his Dad, my Dad, and a couple guys from the ward helped us load up the truck. It went pretty fast. --thanks for all the help--. Then we started cleaning and got that done pretty early too. It is amazing how dirty the apartment can get and then i always ask my self why did i let it get that way! lol. But then we had some fun.

While we were watching Jason got his leg stuck in the railing around the Merry-Go-Round. I could not help but to laugh because it almost happened to me just before he told me he was stuck--Those who are still in Rexburg, be careful it hurts-lol.

Then we headed over to the play ground and hung out there for a little bit. enjoying the perfect evening- was Poter park always this quite on saturday nights? if so I sure missed out on a lot of fun good park nights.

4 Years!

Well 4 years ago, 8 moves, 3 states, and 2 children ago Jason and I got married on August 4th.

What a beautiful day it was. We got married in the Bountiful temple.

I was 20 and Jason was 23.

We were madly in love and still are! Here we are starting the next stage in our lives. We have grown in ways I did not know we could. It has been a wonderful blessing being together through all the times we have had. I am so grateful for Jason and all that he has done for our family. I love being married to him. Each day is an adventure.

I am so thankful for where my life has gone these four years .

1st Rodeo

I took Hailey to the college rodeo. She seemed to really enjoy it for a little bit, but because it was just us three and Hailey has a tendency to have to go the bath room every 5 minutes when we go to watch something we did not stay long. But it was fun.

Hailey Loves to spend time with Logan. Where ever he is she wants to be. Which is a little hard because this also means that she wants to touch and play with him. Which is so cute but Logan can only handle so much touching especially in the face. Hailey just wants to play with him all day every day. So Hailey has been out of diapers for a month now. It has been great. There were two weeks before Logan was born that we did not have to change any diapers. It was bliss! And now we still only have to change one kids diaper-we can handle that. Hailey has been doing really good. She only has a wet night every now and then and those are the nights that we are busy--out and about and let her drink a ton right before bed. Other then that she has dry nights. During the day she does pretty good. There are some days that she will get distracted and not make it-or if she is throwing a fit sometimes she has an accident. But I would say that over all she does amazing and is great and stays clean and dry!

So once Hailey learns that there is a play place-or a certain treat- or a certain object there is no return. She has learned that there is a play place at this mall so now once we get there that is all she asks for. When we got to Albertsons she knows that 1-she can ride in the car-karts 2-the black karts 3-that she gets a sticker when we get to the cashier (if left on her skin too long she will get a rash) 4- when Dad is there she generally can get a cookie. Wal-Mart she knows she gets to sit in the big basket and gets to clean the kart with the wipes. When we go to the Bank she gets a dumb-dumb (pink of course) and when we go to Broulims she will get smarties from the cashier. And now that she knows these it is so very hard to make it out of there without it.

So up by the upper playing fields or behind the movie theater there are these animals that are so big. I think they are prairie dogs-not sure cause i have never seen such a large ones but there huge!

They chirp like a prairie dog would, they're not very friendly-which I did not mind. I felt like they could come up and eat me. I know that they are really not that big, but a for a rodent that is too big.

There were some smaller( baby ones) There are pretty cute.

So just got done with the doctors and thought I would let you know what is going on. My body has made little progress (i mean from like 1 to 1.5 in a week-not much) So I went and had a stress test done today and every thing is looking great so I will be checking myself into the Hospital on Wednesday Morning to be Induced. So my mom will come here on Tuesday so she can take care of Hailey when we go in early Wednesday (7:30) We are so excited to hold little Logan!!! I will be 42 weeks and 3 days along on Wednesday. Hailey was 13 days late as well. They just really like to come late- but that is okay.

First off, happy memorial Day. I hope every one had a chance to spend time with their family and remember the loved ones and those who have fought for what we have today. We truly are indebted to them. I am thankful for all of those who fought for this country and the freedoms that they fought for.

We had a wonderful day. Started out of course nice and early because Hailey is a very faithful alarm clock that for some reason you just can not hit the snooze button past 7. We had a wonderful breakfast-strawberries, toast and omelets. yum yum. And then we headed out to the golf course and helped Jason hit a bucket of balls. Hailey had so much fun!

Hailey tried to help carry the balls. At first the basket was a little to heavy for her task-hence the face.

But then once Jason took out half the balls and put them in his she enjoyed caring them to the driving range.

We all took turns hitting the ball. Hailey's first gold lesson.

Yep, 41 weeks pregnant and even i tried to hit the ball. I had maybe two nice shoots out of like twenty but it sure was fun.

And of course the pro... I do not know if we told you but he is on the gold team up here. So he has golf practice twice a week and then a tournament every Friday. He really does love it--so much that he can not stop thinking about when he gets home and has a hard time sleeping the nights he goes because he just keeps thinking- it is really cute.

Helping bring the baskets back up to the ball machine. She really wanted to ride in a golf cart. Some time we will have to go to the smaller golf course on a really slow morning and take her out. She just wanted to stay all day.

Well after we went golfing we came home played out side, took a nap, did some home work, and then Hailey and I went o run some errand. While we were out I remembered that we should go to the cemetery and visit my Great Grandma's grave. So we went and got some flowers and went out to the Rexburg cemetery.

Luckily I remembered were they were. It had been 2 years since we have been back-shame on us- we are only 5 minutes away.

This is my Great Grandma's grave. There are still plots here for family so when it is my grandparents time they will also be laid here with her.

this grave stone is one of my Uncles. I'm not sure if it is a great Uncle or if you say Uncle once removed. But it is my mothers brothers grave. We put flowers next to his too. He has a little lamb on the top. He never reached the age of one.

I tried to get Hailey to sit next to the grave stone, this is the best should would do. I hope Great grandma sees it as her wanting to sit on her lap and not disrespectful. She had fun out there.

Then we came home and had a BBQ with our neighbors, which was fun until it rained-so sad beautiful all day and then when we want to eat it rains. But yum yum the food was great. So we had a wonderful day- and we hope yours was too!

Well Logan is very content and my body is in no rush to get him out either- So we are going to wait another week. Crazy yes, but i am in no real discomfort, just tired of being pregnant, so here we go waiting another week! My next apt is Thursday and i'm pretty sure i'll see my doctor there....

Hanging Out

Hailey has been having so much fun since we have taken the plastic of our back door, so she can run in and out. It is really nice to have so she can be playing out there while i get some stuff done like cooking dinner and she does really good and staying close and coming to check back in with me. It really is wonderful.

One of Hailey's favorite games to play in twister. Of course she does not quit get the way your really supposed to play it but she has fun spinning the board and then doing what it says- or just laying around on it guess the colors she is laying on. But it sure is fun to bring out and play working on left and rights with the colors.

Curlers... need i say more. She loves them. She thinks it is so fun to bring them all out and put them in her hair. I just need to get her to be in the mood to do it when her hair is wet and ready to be curled.

So lately Hailey's nap schedule has been off a little bit...she has not been wanting to take naps so she has been falling asleep all over the house. Which is such a rare thing- she never has really ever done this so it has been fun for me to be able to sit down with her and have her fall asleep on me or to leave the room and next thing i know she is a sleep. But i have a video of her right before she feel a sleep her but loading it is not working so i will have to figure out a way. But it was so funny because she was falling asleep while she was eating cheerios and then finally decided it would be best to go lay on the floor. I'll try to get that video posted but it was jsut so funny!

Anyways that is pretty much what we have been up too, with a lot of waiting. We are ready for Logan to come, but he just must really like my belly--although he might just be waiting for Rexburg to deiced if it is summer yet and he will come when it is done snowing...

The Importance

So today i really realized why Saturday cleaning is so important in my life. When i sat down for lunch i just started looking around. The house looked like a tornado hit and it hit hard. last week it was a fraction of this and it was all because of Saturday chores. This Last Saturday we skipped and i took a nap and we went to Idaho Falls for a pick nick/ walk and then went and spent time with Jason's family. So no chores got done-what so ever

Reason's why Saturday cleaning (morning!!!!) is so important to me-
1. Its a good way to start the day after a wonderful waffle breakfast.
2. You can really enjoy the day better after you have worked hard to clean the house
3. If you clean every Saturday you only have to clean up a weeks mess/dirt.
4. You do not have to scrub as hard
5. The trash never starts to over flow--or smell (especially Hailey's garbage can)
6. It is easier to keep the house clean the rest of the week!
7. The whole house is clean at one time (oh...the bliss of walking from room to room and everything is spotless).
8. Best one of all- Sunday is so amazingly relaxing, spiritual, clean, refreshing, and just all around a better day.

Those are all the reason i can think of right now, but i think number 8 makes it all worth it (and number 6) but mainly 8. So i really do not ever want to skip Saturday cleaning again!

The Other night Jason was looking for something in the kitchen- he wanted a drink but didn't know what to drink. I was in a funny mood so I was like her have a combo of orange juice, pickle juice and lemon juice...yum yum. Right. Well when you combine these juices you create these faces.

I did not think i was going to be able to keep it down, but i did. Most drinks combine in flavor so you get one flavor, but not with these three. While you where drinking it you would get small tastes of each individually over and over while you drank it. Would i do it again-- no-- but it sure was fun to try. We went to Bevear dick park a while ago with the Willey's and enjoyed the sun with some hot dogs. Jessica brought her camera and took some pictures of Hailey. So I thought we would share a few with you. If only i did her hair that day-oh well she is still pretty.

Hailey loves taking care of her puppies. We finally just got them named so we know which ones she is talking about. But it is so cute she will rock them, feed them, sing to them, and play with them. Half the times when i put her down for a nap we have to put them all to bed first but rocking and signing to them.

SO I have decided that Hailey and I need a play time box. Which will be a filing cabinet full of activities. So on raining days or times where we do not have much to do and I do not get board i thought it would be good to come up with a bunch of activities and put them in a little jar, so Hailey can draw one out and then we can set it up and play. So today Hailey and I (which is me mainly) cut our a bunch of fish and and some clocks. So now we have two activities to do. I'll keep building this up if any one has any ideas please share!

Project for Logan

Well as you can see we really have been all about the projects lately. I have been having so much fun! This was actually the first project because i started working on this during school and I'll take more detailed pictures later but I am so excited that i have finished what i wanted to get done before Logan that i just have to share. I wanted to make Logan a bedding set. I took home decor sewing and needed projects so I made a bed-skirt, curtain, and a bumper pad. (the quilt is still in progress but as i said I'm not in a hurry to finish that). And I just finished the bumper pad today! I got the idea off of a bedding set from J.C.Penney's and I really liked it but it did not tie in the colors of Hailey's room already. So I had to find a way to incorporate those-they will be sharing a room for some time. But it had to be boy! So I came up with this!

The bed skirt has little sport embroidery( football, soccer, golf, basket ball). I love that machine! But this was so fun to make-not perfect that is for sure but it looks so cute and I am just so excited for little Logan to come now! I feel that we are ready when he is now that his bed is set up and Hailey is getting excited to I think.

New Bed

So Logan will be here soon and so we will need the crib-which means Hailey needed a new bed. So over the break Jason and his Dad built Hailey a new bed. They went and got all the supplies and used there power tools and really enjoyed spending their time together.

When we got back from the break we brought the bed up to our place and sanded it with Jason cool new sander and put it together during Hailey's nap.

When she woke up we asked her if we could put the bed in her room and put her mattress in it. She only agreed to putting the bed in her room. We rearranged the furniture so that the bed would fit. Which is a hard this to do if half your walls are closets that are a must need at least every other day of the week to get into. But we made it all fit and it looks pretty good and I think we are going to keep it this way. Once it was in there we just talked to Hailey about how this is her new bed and how Logan is going to need the crib and how the bed is so much cooler the the crib because you can climb on it three different ways and so on... Shortly she agreed and we were able to put her mattress in and she has been sleeping and loving it ever since!!!

I have not totally decided how i want to finish it and its not like the weather would let me anyways. We love the look that a stain finish would give it and it would look so good if we stained it the same color as the other furniture in the room...BUT how cute would it be if we painted it white with her name(in pink or purple) on the foot board and flowers on the head board that matched the room... I'm still deciding.

Now the question is will she let go of her old pillow and take the new? She has been using the boppy as a pillow for a couple of months now-ever since she found it in the drawer under her bed. But with Logan coming I kinda of need it. So I am hoping that with a little more time (don't want to push too many new things on her) that she will start using her new pillow (I'm so excited i made the pillow cases for it and they are so cute!- I love sewing) and let Logan have the boppy. We shall see...

A couple of Christmas's ago my sister gave use some bean bags and since then i have been wanting a bean bag toss board. And I finally found an image that i wanted that i knew the kids would enjoy. So I use this opportunity to get my mom helps.

So I am so excited that we were able to make this (thanks to my mom and her wonderful art talent) This turned out so cute! I am so excited to be able to bring this out and play with it.

We had such a wonderful visit with my family. It is always a bitter sweet to leave and come home. The way back from me was better and thankfully less uncomfortable for some reason. But my parents are just so wonderful and we loved being there and can't wait to see them again when little Logan come to join us in this world! It was such a need get away for us and such a nice break from school!

We had so much fun and took full advantage of the beautiful weather. We played basketball, my mom took Hailey for a couple of walks. We came out to the field( back-back yard ) to my parents house and played croquet it was so fun. We tried to get a picture of Hailey doing it but I was able to- I think my mom did on her camera I'll have to see if she did and get it. It was so funny.

She sure did love having so much attention and free space to roam with out having to be herded to get back here or there.

Spring Break

So for the break we headed down to Cheyenne, Wyoming so we could spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa Whitehead. It was so fun to go down and be with them for a couple of days. The drive there for me was not the most fun. I could have just stayed in Rock Springs (3 hours a way) then to continue to drive. But we made it and it only took me a day to recuperate. And totally worth it. We just had so much fun spending time doing fun random things. One of the days we were there we went to the park...

and fed some geese and duck-just as friendly as the ones here in Rexburg...

And then we went to story time at the Library. It was so fun. Cathy is a really good family friend and we had so much fun with her. Hailey did great and loved it.

She did some really fun activities and the stories were great. And then the learning area on the children floor is so fun. Hailey really could just stay there all day.

Girly Girl

Hailey is such a girl and we love it! She found these curlers under the sink and asked for me to put them in. So we put in a couple in her hair and of course we also had to put some in mine to. So we were just playing around and then Hailey went to her room and started to read the books we checked out from the library to her puppies.

She loves brushing her teeth. If we would let her I'm sure some days she would brush them ever time we would go into the bathroom. We use mint tooth paste and she has some berry tooth paste and occasionally she asks for both kinds on it at one time-yuck-but she likes it.

It was not until about a month ago that i realized that Hailey has been excepted into so many of your homes so I could go to class. and many of you for numerous hours a week. There would have been no way for me to have gotten this far without each of you. Hailey really enjoyed coming over to your houses. Those who have moved she still remembers and asks where you are. So i tell her that you have moved and we look up up on your blog to see how you are doing.

So I did not have too much time do to school projects to make a supper cute cake for a Hailey but still had time to make her what she wanted-asked for- a fun fetti Dalmatian puppy cake. So that was fun.

So Hailey is officially 2 as of Friday. It was so fun. We decorated the house so when she woke up it would be all pink! We had a good normal day. Hailey was loving the balloons!

It was so fun to spend her birthday with her Grandparents. She had so much fun with the. Grandma made some cupcakes and Hailey loved having us sing to her and to blowing the candles out!

Pretty sure this was her favorite gift-the sunglasses. She also got some books and a great busy bag and a swimming pool! We plan on using that one a lot this summer!

Oh how I have missed the sun.Welcome Welcome. I only had one class today and was not feeling the best (luckily the worst pregnant days far--which really is not that bad at all compared to some) and I knew that if we stayed inside movies would be going and that just not was not an option to me. So we headed out side around 2. Hailey loved it and so did I! It was so fun to see everyone(almost) outside. We stayed out side for 3hours just playing. It was so nice and peaceful. And I can still feel the sun on my face. I never would have thought that i would get my first sunburn today. It is a slight pink but it just feels good to know that i got some sun. Which means we need to be careful so Hailey does not get sunburned.

We were playing in Toy's R us and just looking around and we both turned around and Hailey had this helmet already figured out and thought it was so cool. So we stayed around and played in this section for a while. It was so cute---maybe she'll play softball...I think it is so fun to play the guessing game of what she is going to do as she grows up.

Ducks

Just last week on that really nice warm day Hailey and I went for our first walk of the year. It was so great to get out and feel the sun. We walked to the nature park to feed the ducks. She really enjoyed seeing them. i have a feeling we will be going a lot this summer ( and we will really enjoy every minute). These ducks those are getting more and more comfortable humans. They get just a little to close and a couple(the geese) are a bit nippy. So We have to kind of shoo them away from us while we are feeding them, but that it what is kind of fun is that they will get so close.

Once we were out of crackers another car pulled up right in time and they all started running over there. The mom was not even able to get he child out before they were over there ready for more. Crazy...

Right after a man and his dog walked by Hailey started running after the dog say "here puppy" it was so cute. The old man was nice enough to see that and stop the dog and let Hailey pet it. She really enjoyed that. Any time she sees a dog now even from the car she wants to go and pet them. She is not fully comfortable around them yet but she sure likes them- Can't wait, only two more years and we can get our own dog!!!

Hailey was soaked by the time she was ready to get back in the stroller. When we got home i was able to pour water out of her boots.

And then it took like 4 days for them to completly dry off so she could wear them again.

Weather

Cause this is sure what is seems like. We can all be out playing and enjoying a semi warm day with the snow melting all around us and only having to wear a light jacket. And then it snows all the next day...

Aspic

So just today in class we worked with aspic. It is a jello giggler but it the max. Gelatin can hold a 7(water)parts to 1(gelatin)part ration. We were working with an 8-1 ratio. and because it was not flavored they were saying it smelled really bad. Luckily i had a stuffy nose so i could not smell it, but it is a lot of fun to work with. Really the only reason you would work with this is for center pieces. You could flavor it, but as we described it- it has the texture of cartilage. So really not something you would want to eat.

So this is a Calli Lilly, It was so fun to work with the colors. I want to do another one before the semester is out. I want to do one on a mirror. They look so amazing. but what is fun and i hope my classmate does not mind but you can peal these of the plates and put them somewhere. So he did the transformer logo and peeled it off and put it up on our window in the class room. crazy. it got a little dis-formed, but you get the idea

So i have been having so much fun in my Advanced Presentation class. I made a cake this weekend. I just love playing with fondant. I could totally tell that it has been a long long time since i have used it but it sure is fun. And with the forms that i got for Christmas It makes things so easy and fun- no mess of making a cake. Just decorate. So It was supper easy and fun. I would love to do this more often.This picture is with the columns. which are supper cool because you can fill them in with what ever you want.

This one is just the simple three layer with out the pillars- another reason why using forms are so much cooler-because you can rebuild-take apart as much as you want. Great!

So Please forgive me for not posting in a while. Between multiple things i have not taken the time to update you. I have followed your blogs but just didn't want to take the time to update you-sorry. So here you GO.

First, pregnancy is going well. I am 27 weeks along, not to far from being a mother of two. I have just grown out of my last pair of normal pants(with the button undone) So it is all maternity from here on out. But doctor appointments have been going well everything looks good measurement wise for May 24. There is a slight worry that i might have placenta pervia. that is were part of my placenta is covering the cervix. But there is a 95% chance because it was only a part pervia that is will fix it's self in last bit of the pregnancy. I'll have an ultra sound at 34 weeks to make sure that everything is where it needs to be. So we are not to worried.
I am in love with desserts. I just can't seem to get enough of them. I am in the mood to cook, but the only thing that sound fun to cook after Hailey goes to bed is desserts, So we have been eating a lot-mainly me. yum yum. Good things i will have the whole summer to work all these treats off. lol. but they are so good. And Easter is coming with the best candy-yikes. I am really going to need to watch what i eat for the next while.

Hailey-
Hailey is a student at BYU-I toddler lab program. She loves it! She loves going to school with me. I have class during that time so we both get ready and head to school. She is learning so much. He vocabulary is growing everyday! She is starting to speak in sentences( given there only like 3 word sentences) But she has great enunciation. So it is so fun to talk with her and understand her. She notices so much.

Hailey loves dancing around the house. two of her new favorite things to do are 1 do run around naked and 2 two put socks on her hands. It is so funny, I dont really get why but she sure likes it.

before the semester started i did some deep cleaning (that's how old some of these pictures are) But while i was cleaning Hailey was playing and she was telling me that her dog needed her diaper changed. So that's fine i don't mind if she plays with the diapers(as long as they are clean) So i left the room to go clean and when i came back into the room this is what i found. What a clean/organized little girl. Not even two and she likes things organized. So proud!

Over the Holiday break Hailey had a run in with our coffee table. boy did it leave a mark. It was there for over a week. She talked about it hurting for several days.

Now that we have late church-1- Hailey and i can take the time to get all cute. given some Sundays we just play but this sunday after we got out of the shower i thought it would be fun to put curlers in our hair. It was so cute to see her in them. I half way wanted her to go to church like this, she just needed a dress. But of course that is just not very appropriate. So we took them out. Her Hair looked better then mine.

Hailey got her first tutu and it came with butterfly wings. She really enjoys it. The wings are a little ig so they don't stay on very well but we all like the tutu!

Jason is doing very well this semester in his classes. He is taking requirements for nursing this semester. Then he will be finishing his accounting classes and graduating in July! We will be walking together! all four of us. But he is really enjoying learning everything. He is not working, but what a blessing that has turned out. I hardly see him now and if he had to work-wow I would feel like i was married to a ghost. But maybe next semester he will get a job- we will see what it hold in store for us- same with our future after. We will let you know when we know.

I am loving my classes. I have been busy with them all and loving them. My sewing class has been a blast. Right now we are working on our pillow project. I just finished making my place mats. They are reversible. So Valentines day on one side and St. Patrick's on the other. Pretty cute. I am excited for our other projects coming up.

My advance presentation class has been a lot of fun. Cooking like crazy which is kinda of why i have been in the mood to cook. I wish i had all my pictures so i could show you. I just have one that still needs to be photo shopped.

I took better pictures on a better background on a different camera that I'll get later. but for this class e have to build a portfolio of our work. So it has been fun trying to create artwork with food. Right now we started working on vegetable and fruit carving. next week well being doing aspic carvings. and then after that we will get to learn Ice carvings.

So I am learning so much and it has been so fun to be able to take these classes.

I think that sums up pretty much what is going on with us. I'm sure ill think of more- so ill just have to start posting this more often!

So sad- We were taking some picture ofus hanging out and playing at the house and then somethine stranged happened. Our camera stoped working. It just said error #E54 or some thing like that. We really have no idea how that happened but it did. So Jason called the company but to no help-the camera is to old and they do not support it anymore, so no help there. Oh so sad. So we are out of a camera for a little while. Thankfully my sister Carrie said we could use one of her camera until we can save up to buy a new one. (thanks!)

It is always very interesting to much how we take advantage of so many things in our lives. We honestly do. It is not until we can not use them that we realize how important they are to us. I mean even an Ink cartridge! seriously it is not one of those things that are on your must have list but when it runs out it sure jumps to the top supper fast. Having to run to the school to print things of just sometimes is not worth it. and I think that has a lot to do with taking advantage of things.

Just Flying Around

Hailey thinks it is so fun to fly around!

We got our Christmas tree up and all beautified. You should go look at Jessica's Blog, She has pictures of us cutting down the trees. But it was so much fun. My arm hurts from carring Hailey almost the whole time. She didn't want to ride it the sled-well work on that- but We saw 4 moose- really close- like not even 50 yards a way. There were so pretty. It was so much fun to go with our friends. We love this tradition. Hopefull where ever we end up we can keep this tradition (although this tree was really sappy so maybe a fake tree would not be that bad) But going to in the freezing cold sure it worht it!

Play Ground

On our way home from Thanksgiving we stoped in Greenriver for a little lunch break and to get gas in the car. We stoped at the Playground. It was crazy. designed for 5-12 years.

It had a slide, huge rope, rock climbing wall, monkey bars, and a hammock. It was really fun.

So Nicole, Jason, and I all climber up and round it. Hailey was a little afraid of it, but can you blame her, nothing there to really support her.

Sewing

So these are a pair of P.J. I made for Hailey in my class. I have really been enjoying sewing. I just keep thinking of projects I would love to do and sew. I just need to get a sewing machine sometime in my life and remeber to not buy the fabric until I do. Otherwise I will have a closet full of close and not much money lol.

It really has been fun. we just finished making a blessing dress and right now I'm making a really cute fall coat for Hailey! I am really excited about it. of course it won't be perfect but it will be supper cute and I can't wait to have it finished so I can show you all the coat.

So I would like to let you all know that I am pregnant! We are so excited. I will be finishing school in April, which is just perfect timing! Hailey will be 2 years and 2 months when this new little baby is born! We can't wait to find out what where having.

Little Late...

Hailey was a little Banana for Halloween. It was a ton of fun a lady in my ward(thanks Jen) helped me make the banana. She was so cute in it. It took a week to convince here that it would be fun to wear, but we finally got it on her. She was not a big fan of the hood, which you can't blame her for.

We were going to be a jungle family. Jason was going to be a gorilla and I was going to be a safari girl or a zoo keeper. not sure which on, but we did not really have anything to wear them to, so our customs kind of got dropped. But Hailey looked oh so good in her banana.

TENT!

Hailey loves tents. She asks for them like every day. I'll have to get a picture of the one of her playing in her room with the tent over her bed that she asked for before she went to bed. But she will bring out blankets and just say "Tent, Tent, Tent, Ten... until we agree! Then try to help by grabbing the chairs(well try to grab the chairs).

But it is fun to get in there and play with her. And now just to think, I have no idea when the last time was that i built a tent for myself to play in when i was younger. Can you? I can picture some of them, but I don't know when. Childhood sure goes by fast!

Back to school!

So Jason and I started school again. We are both going full time and Jason is working at Uptown Bagel CAfe again this semester. So we are some busy people. But We are both enjoying our classes. Hailey is being a tropper letting me take her to babysitter after babysitter. And thank you for all of you who open your houses up to her. I would not be able to do it with out you! But I think we are going to be able to survive these busy scheduels! I love being in school and learning but boy will it feel better to know that it is done!

What our typical day looks like:

We wake up at 5 a.m. Jason warms up the car for me and then i go to the gym. When i get home at 6 we eat breakfast and then shortly after Jason heads to school. Hailey wakes up at 7. Then pending on the day either 7:15 or 8:30 I take Hailey over to the babysitters. Go to class until 10and then i go get Hailey. We either eat or play and then Hailey sleeps from 11-1. Then on MWF Hailey goes over to another babysitter from 2-4:45 except for Friday its just 2-3. And then we play and have dinner as a family and put Hailey to bed at 7. Jason and i do homework tell we go to bed and then it starts all over again.
